General:
You will be notified by email when your knives arrive at our shop and again when they have been shipped back to you. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are usually delivered in 5-7 workdays. Orders consisting of accessories only will be shipped within 3 business days. Accessories ordered with sharpening services will be shipped with your sharpened knives.
All orders must be prepaid. No C.O.D.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Prices per order are guaranteed at the time you submit your order.
Refunds:
If you find a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs to and from PKS are not refundable. We cannot exchange or refund merchandise once used. If you need to return an item, please include a copy of your packing slip with the items returned.
Damaged or Lost Merchandise:
Items that are damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 2 business days of
delivery. A refund will be issued once an insurance claim has been settled with our shipping agent.
Refunds for missing packages will not be issued until all attempts of locating the package have been exhausted and an insurance claim has been settled with our shipping agent.
Claims for sharpened knives are limited to the insurance amount specified by the customer.
Recycle Notice:
 Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! Whenever possible, PKS will return your knives in your original packaging or re-use other packaging we have on hand. Any packaging that is not reusable will be recycled.
